Returns & Exchange Policy

At Social Masla, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our policy regarding returns and exchanges is as follows:

  • We do not accept any refunds. All sales are final.
  • We only offer Exchange in case of sizing issues or manufacturing defects.
  • Exchange is only valid within 7 days of delivery.
  • An item can only be exchanged once per order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Process for Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
  2. Wait for our team to approve the request within 24-48 hours.
  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse. (Note: Reverse shipping costs are to be borne by the customer).

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the defect. We will provide a free replacement for such items.
