Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At Social Masla, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Zones & Times

We currently ship to all locations within India. Typical delivery times are as follows:

• Metros: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below ₹1499, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applied at checkout.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee will be applicable.
